SMS / Text Messaging Policy & Opt-In

This policy describes text messages (SMS/MMS) sent from the Plutonium Development toll-free number +1 (877) 382-5992, operated by Jesse Dalessio DBA Plutonium Development.

Who receives messages

Messages are sent only to (1) Jesse Dalessio himself, and (2) family members, personal contacts, and clients who have verbally or in writing agreed to receive text messages from this number. The number is never used for purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists, and is not used for marketing or promotional campaigns.

Types of messages

  • Personal reminders (for example, appointments, tasks, and deadlines)
  • Alerts and notifications (for example, project status updates or system alerts)
  • Conversational two-way messages sent by Jesse's personal AI assistant on his behalf, including replies to messages you send

How you opt in

Consent is collected verbally (in person or by phone) or in writing (for example, by email) directly by Jesse Dalessio before any message is sent. When asking for consent, Jesse uses the following script:

Only people who answer “yes” are added. Jesse records the date of consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

How to opt out

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again by replying START.
